1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 19000 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 19000 as the platform operator. The 19000 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you automatically confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and are legally eligible to use these services in your jurisdiction.
19000 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances. Providing false or inaccurate information during registration entitles 19000 to suspend or close the account without compensation. Identity verification may be required at any time for compliance and security purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 19000 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility unless it can be proven that unauthorised access occurred due to negligence on the part of 19000. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone.
3. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 19000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and not derived from any unlawful activity. Supported deposit methods include FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch ‘n Go, and other local Malaysian payment options available at the time.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and are subject to change from time to time. Users are advised to check the current limits before making any transaction. 19000 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for any deposit exceeding certain thresholds as part of its compliance procedures.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or payment method used for the original deposit, subject to fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements. Processing times range from 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen method and internal verification. 19000 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location is strictly prohibited
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
19000 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account that is suspected of or found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Suspension may occur without prior notice in cases involving fraud, bonus abuse, or security threats.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full depending on the nature of the violation. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons may submit an appeal to our support team within 14 days of the closure date.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
19000 Liability Limits
The 19000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 19000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control.
19000's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. Users agree that use of this platform is at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 19000 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 19000 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 19000.
Third-Party Links
The 19000 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. 19000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
